It is far easier to find an e-commerce app for grocery shopping or to order food, but
there was no such app that people could use to hire someone for services. Service
providers did not have a platform where they would easily offer their services online.
Our client did their research to see this gap in the demand for services. This was not
only useful for consumers but also for service providers. This meant that whoever
fulfilled this gap first would capture the major chunk of the market.
There were websites where people could sell anything they wanted, even services, but
there was not a dedicated platform where they could offer their services easily. The
client knew that they could leverage this opportunity and come up with such a platform
for service providers.
